Short answer
How can I track and get my signed FadaDa documents?
Your AI pulls the current status of all active sign flows and downloads the finished PDF files once they are fully executed. You can then ask your agent to summarize which contracts are still pending or to grab specific files for your records.
Where every outcome lands.
Document management outcomes
The AI handles the heavy lifting of checking statuses and fetching files.
STATUS
Live flow tracking
The AI checks the current state of every agreement in FadaDa. You get a clear view of what is signed, pending, or expired.
FILES
Direct PDF retrieval
Once a flow is complete, the AI pulls the final signed document. You can have these files ready for your local folders or other apps.
AUDIT
Signature summaries
Your agent reads the details of specific flows. It can tell you exactly who has signed and who is still holding up the process.
HUMAN
Manual intervention
The AI cannot force a signature or change the terms of a contract. You still need to contact signers directly if they miss a deadline.

How this task behaves
- 01
Can the AI sign documents for me?
No. The AI can only monitor and retrieve documents. It cannot add signatures or participate in the signing process.
- 02
Can the AI delete a sign flow in FadaDa?
No. The tools only allow for listing, getting details, and downloading files. Deleting flows requires you to do it manually in FadaDa.
- 03

No. The download tool is for retrieving completed documents. If a flow is still in progress, there is no final signed PDF to retrieve.
- 04
Does the AI see my login password?
No. Your connection is handled securely through Vinkius, and your login credentials remain encrypted.
- 05
Can the AI change the email address of a signer?
No. The AI has no capability to modify the contents or the participants of a sign flow.
