Short answer
How can I automate digital asset transfers with my AI?
Your AI uses the Fireblocks MCP to interact directly with your vaults. It can calculate costs, execute transfers, and check on pending transactions. You get a direct line to your digital assets through your existing AI client.
The outcomes
Where your requests land.
Every command you give your AI results in a specific action within Fireblocks.
VAULT OPS
Real-time fee checks
The AI calculates the cost of a move before you commit. You get accurate estimates for your planned transfers.
TRANSFERS
Direct asset movement
Your AI sends instructions to Fireblocks to move funds between vaults. This happens via your chat interface.
MONITORING
Live status updates
The AI pulls the current state of any transaction. You can ask if a transfer finished or if it's still pending.
HUMAN
Manual intervention
If a transaction fails or needs a signature, the AI notifies you. You handle the final security approvals in Fireblocks.
The workflow
What your AI does when a transfer request arrives.
The AI handles the heavy lifting of communicating with the Fireblocks API so you don't have to.
Calculate costs
Before moving funds, the AI checks what the network or service will charge for the specific transaction.
estimate_feeExecute the move
Once you approve the estimate, the AI tells Fireblocks to start the transfer between your specified vaults.
create_transactionTrack progress
The AI monitors the transaction to see if it succeeds, fails, or stays in a pending state.
get_transactionHandle errors
If you change your mind or a transaction hits a snag, the AI can stop the process or remove the request.

How the Fireblocks automation works
- 01
Can my AI sign transactions by itself?
No. The AI can initiate and manage transactions, but the actual signing and security approvals happen within Fireblocks as per your existing policy.
- 02
Can the AI delete my entire vault?
No. The tools only allow for fee estimation, transaction creation, status checks, and canceling specific transactions.
- 03
How does the AI know the transaction fee?
The AI uses the estimate tool to pull the current fee data from Fireblocks before you finalize the move.
- 04
Can I use this to move assets to an external wallet?
Yes, as long as the destination address is valid and you have the permissions set up in your Fireblocks account.
- 05
What happens if a transaction is already finalized?
The AI cannot cancel a transaction that has already reached a final state. It can only cancel pending requests.
