Short answer
How can I use AI to manage my community groups?
You tell your AI what groups you need or who belongs in them, and it handles the setup in Forj. It builds the groups and moves people into them based on your instructions. You'll see the results in your Forj dashboard immediately.

What happens when you give your AI a command.
NEW
Instant group creation
The AI builds a new group in Forj based on your description. You don't have to click through menus to set up a new space.
SYNC
Automated membership
Your AI adds specific users to the groups you've just created. It handles the placement for you.
AUDIT
Group visibility
You can ask your AI to show you what groups already exist. It pulls the current list from Forj so you stay organized.
HUMAN
Manual oversight
You still control the high-level strategy. The AI does the repetitive clicking, but you decide which groups are actually necessary.
The workflow
What your AI does when you ask it to organize groups.
The AI acts as a bridge between your chat window and your Forj workspace.
Check existing groups
The AI looks at your current Forj setup to see if a group already exists before trying to make a duplicate.

How the group management works
- 01
Can the AI delete groups?
No. The AI can only create, list, and add users. Deleting groups must be done manually in Forj.
- 02
Can the AI remove people from groups?
No. This connector only has the ability to add users to groups, not remove them.
- 03
Does the AI need my Forj password?
No. You connect via Vinkius, and your login details are never shared with the AI or stored in plain text.
- 04
How does the AI know which user to add?
You need to provide the user's name or identifier in the chat so the AI can target the right person.
- 05
Can I see the groups the AI creates?
Yes. Every group the AI creates will appear in your Forj dashboard just like a manually created group.
