Short answer
How can I automate my digital signage schedules with AI?
You tell your AI what content you want to show and when to show it. It handles the playlist assembly and the timing logic for your specific screen groups. You get a fully automated rotation without manual menu clicking.
Where every command lands.
The results of your requests
Your AI translates your chat instructions into direct actions on your signage network.
PLAYLISTS
New content sets
The AI builds custom playlists based on your descriptions. These are ready to be assigned to any screen immediately.
SCHEDULES
Active timing rules
Time-based rules are created to control when specific content appears. This keeps your screens fresh without manual intervention.
GROUPS
Screen assignments
Content is mapped to specific screen groups. You can target individual displays or entire zones at once.
HUMAN
Manual review needed
You still decide which media files are used. The AI manages the organization, but you own the creative assets.
The workflow
What your AI does when you ask for a rotation.
The AI moves from organizing your media to enforcing a schedule across your hardware.

How the automation works
- 01
Can the AI upload new video files for me?
No. You must upload your media files to FusionSignage first. The AI only organizes the files that already exist in your library.
- 02
Will the AI delete my existing schedules?
No. The AI only creates or assigns new schedules based on your direct commands. It won't touch your existing setups unless you explicitly tell it to.
- 03
Can I schedule content for a single specific screen?
Yes, as long as that screen is part of a defined screen group that the AI can target.
- 04
Does the AI handle the actual video playback?
No. The AI manages the instructions and the timing. The FusionSignage hardware handles the actual rendering and playback of the content.
- 05
Can I see what is currently playing on my screens?
The AI can list your active playlists and schedules, which helps you verify what is supposed to be running.
