How the enrollment task behaves

    Can the AI enroll leads without my permission?

    No. The AI only executes the enrollment when you give it a direct command or a specific instruction to act on a lead.

    What happens if the lead is already in the campaign?

    The tool will return an error if the lead is a duplicate. Your AI will then inform you that the enrollment could not be completed.

    Can the AI change the reward amounts in my campaign?

    No. The AI can only add leads to existing workflows. It cannot modify the rules, amounts, or settings of your reward campaigns.

    Does the AI delete leads from my system?

    No. This connector only has the capability to add leads. It cannot remove or delete any data from FynCom.
