Ask AI about this page

Short answer

How can I audit campus activity using my AI?

Your AI uses Illumidesk to fetch activity logs for any campus you specify. It then scans those logs to find specific interactions or anomalies you're looking for. You'll see a breakdown of how it works below.

Audit outcomes

What you get from an audit

The AI handles the data heavy lifting so you can focus on the findings.

LOG ACCESS

Direct log retrieval

The AI pulls raw activity data for the specific campus you name. You get the exact interaction history without manual exports.

PATTERN RECOGNITION

Identify unusual activity

Your agent compares recent logs against your criteria to spot spikes or odd behaviors. It highlights what looks out of place.

REPORTING

Summarized activity feeds

Instead of reading thousands of lines, you get a clean summary of what happened. The AI condenses the logs into a readable format.

HUMAN REVIEW

Flagged items for you

The AI identifies suspicious entries and presents them for your final decision. You decide if an event requires actual intervention.

The workflow

What your AI does when the audit starts.

The AI moves from identifying your locations to pulling and analyzing the specific data you need.

  1. Locate campuses

The AI identifies the available campus IDs in your system to ensure it's looking at the right location.

    list_campuses
  2. Pull activity data

Once the campus is identified, the AI fetches the relevant interaction logs.

    get_activity_logs
  3. Filter and scan

The AI parses the logs to find the specific users, times, or actions you asked about.

    get_activity_logs
  4. Summarize findings

The AI organizes the filtered data into a clear report of recent campus activity.

    get_activity_logs
