How the CRM task behaves

    Can the AI delete customers from my CRM?

    No. The AI can only create or update information. It does not have the ability to delete any records.

    Will the AI create duplicate profiles?

    The AI uses the list and get tools to check for existing users before it creates a new one, which prevents most duplicates.

    Does the AI change my existing data without asking?

    The AI performs the updates as instructed in your chat, but you can always review the changes in your CRM.

    Can I see a list of all my customers through the AI?

    Yes, you can ask your agent to list your customers to see who is currently in the system.
