    No. The AI can only list and use templates that you have already created and approved in your WhatsApp Business account.

    The AI uses the channel you specify in your prompt. If you don't specify, you should tell it whether you want an email, SMS, or WhatsApp message.

    Can the AI read my previous email threads?

    No. This Connector is designed to send messages, not to read or manage your existing email inbox.

    Will the AI send a message without me seeing it?

    If you tell the AI to 'send' a message, it will execute the command immediately. If you want to check the content first, ask it to 'draft' the message instead.
