How the notifications behave

    Can the AI change the actual content of a notification template?

    No. The AI can only trigger existing templates or send data to them. You must manage the template design in Novu.

    No. The tools only allow for cancelling pending triggers or deleting messages that haven't been sent yet.

    You provide the user identifier in your prompt, which the AI then passes to the trigger tool.
