How the Outreach task behaves.

    Can the AI send the actual emails in the sequence?

    No. The AI only enrolls the prospect into the sequence. Outreach handles the actual sending of the emails based on your predefined rules.

    Will the AI create duplicate prospects?

    The AI uses the tools to create records, but it is up to your instructions to avoid duplicates. It does not automatically check for existing duplicates unless you ask it to look them up first.

    Can the AI delete prospects from Outreach?

    No. The available tools only allow for creating prospects, getting details, and adding them to sequences. It cannot delete or remove records.

    Does the AI decide which sequence is best?

    No. You must tell the AI which specific sequence to use. The AI follows your direction to add the lead to the workflow you specify.
