How the PandaDoc agent behaves

    Can my AI send a new document for signature?

    No. The current tools only allow the AI to read document lists, check status, and get download links. You must create and send documents through PandaDoc.

    Can the AI change the signing order?

    No. The AI can only retrieve existing information. It cannot modify the settings or workflow of a document once it is live.

    Does the AI see all my documents?

    The AI can see any document your account has access to via the list_documents tool, but it only accesses specific details when you ask for them.

    Can I download the PDF directly in the chat?

    The AI provides the download link for completed documents, which you can then use to save the file.

    No. There are no tools available to the AI that allow for the deletion or modification of your PandaDoc documents.
