    Can the AI delete existing items in Podio?

    No. The current tools only allow for adding new items. It cannot delete or overwrite your existing records.

    Does the AI need to know my Podio field IDs?

    Usually, no. If you use the app names, the AI will attempt to find the correct fields. If it gets stuck, you can provide the specific field names.

    Can the AI update an item I already created?

    No. The add_item tool is strictly for creating new entries. Updating existing records is not supported.

    Will my Podio login be shared with the AI model?
