How the connector behaves

    Can the AI send the review invite without me confirming?

    No. The AI only triggers an invite when you explicitly tell it to send a request or a bulk request.

    Can the AI change the content of the review invite?

    No. The AI uses the tools to trigger the request, but it does not have the ability to edit the template or message content within Repuso.

    How do I know if an invite was successfully sent?

    You can ask your AI to list the current invite requests to verify they have been created in the system.

    Can the AI delete all my previous review requests?

    The AI can only delete specific requests that you identify. It cannot perform a mass wipe of your entire history unless you instruct it to delete requests one by one.

    Does the AI need to see my customer emails?

    Yes, to send an invite, you must provide the AI with the necessary customer identifiers, such as an email address or a specific customer ID from your data.
