How the tracking works

    Can the AI change the delivery address?

    No. The AI can only read tracking and shipment data. You must use the carrier's website to change delivery details.

    Does the AI update my shipping software automatically?

    No. The AI provides information to you in your chat interface. It does not write data back to your internal shipping systems.

    Can I track packages from any carrier?

    Yes, as long as the carrier is supported by ShipEngine.
