Short answer
Can I send multiple stats in one go?
Yes. Your agent bundles your metrics into a single JSON payload and sends them to StatHat. This keeps your dashboard updated without individual requests for every metric.
The results.
Where your data lands.
The agent processes your request and routes the information to the right places.
LOGGED
Metrics are recorded
The agent uses post_json_stats to push your collection of numbers directly into StatHat. Your dashboard updates with the new values.
VALIDATED
Data is checked
The AI checks that the metrics match the required format. This prevents bad data from hitting your logs.
REVIEW
Human check needed
If your request is missing a metric name or a value, the agent will stop and ask you to fix it before it sends anything.
CONFIRMED
Update is finished
Once the transmission succeeds, your agent tells you the batch is complete. You'll see the updated numbers in your dashboard.
The workflow
What your AI does when the data arrives.
The agent acts as the bridge between your chat and the StatHat API.
Parse the batch
The agent looks through your message to find all the different statistics you want to log. It pulls out the names and the values.
post_json_statsFormat the payload
It organizes the metrics into a single JSON object. This prepares the data for a single, efficient transmission.
post_json_statsExecute the update
The agent sends the entire collection to StatHat in one request. This is much faster than sending one metric at a time.
post_json_statsVerify success
The agent checks the response from the request to make sure everything was accepted. It then confirms the job is done.

How this task behaves.
- 01
Can the AI update existing stats?
Yes. If the metric names you provide match existing ones in StatHat, the new values will be recorded.
- 02
Can the AI delete statistics?
No. This connector only has the ability to post data via post_json_stats. It cannot remove or delete old entries.
- 03
Does the AI decide what the metrics should be?
No. You must tell the agent which specific metrics you want to update. It won't invent data for you.
- 04
What happens if I send a typo in a metric name?
The AI will attempt to send it, but if the name doesn't match your StatHat setup, it will simply create a new metric entry.
- 05
Can I send data to multiple StatHat accounts?
No. The connection is tied to the specific account you authorize during setup.
