How the Sumsub automation behaves

    Can the AI approve or reject applicants?

    No. The AI only creates the applicants and uploads their documents. A human must perform the actual verification decisions in Sumsub.

    Does the AI delete existing Sumsub users?

    No. The available tools only allow for creating applicants and adding documents. There is no tool to delete or modify existing records.

    Can I upload multiple documents at once?

    You can ask the AI to upload multiple documents, but it will process them as individual upload actions.
