Install and open Agent Desktop
Install Vinkius Agent Desktop on Windows, macOS or Linux and open your first workspace.
Vinkius Agent Desktop is available for Windows, macOS and Linux. Choose the installer for your computer, open the app and complete the first connection when you are ready.

Supported systems
The desktop app is packaged for:
- Windows as an installer executable
- macOS as a ZIP application bundle
- Linux as DEB and RPM packages
The app supports Node.js 20 or later for development builds. End users do not need Node.js to use a packaged release.
First launch
On the first launch, Agent Desktop opens the main workspace with Spaces selected. You can start a chat immediately after selecting a model. If you have not connected a model yet, the composer sends you to Models so you can finish that setup first.
You can start with a local model if you already use Ollama or another compatible local runtime. You can add a cloud provider later without moving your existing Spaces.
Sign in when you need account features
The app can be explored locally without turning every action into an account step. Sign in when you want to use your Vinkius account, activate cloud capabilities, manage billing or sync account-backed connectors.
The account connection opens the Vinkius sign-in flow. The app returns to the workspace after authentication, and the account menu shows your profile and plan.
The app layout
The top bar gives you quick access to Spaces, Capabilities, Governance and Models. The left sidebar changes with the selected area. The center shows your current work. A right details panel appears when you select an activity or a report item.
