    Yes. Use the 'get_room_availability' capability with the room ID and today's date. The agent will analyze real-time reservation limits and hourly slots to confirm if the space is free or booked.

    How do I book a hot desk through the agent?

    First, use 'list_desks' to find available capacities in your location. Then, provide the desk ID and date to the 'book_desk' capability. Your agent will trigger the claim and confirm your designated physical spot.

    Does cancelling a room booking via the agent sync with my Outlook calendar?

    Yes. When you use 'cancel_room_booking', the server mutates the scheduling endpoints which revert synchronization traces on your connected Exchange/O365 calendars automatically.
