    How do I get a Digify API Key?

    Log in to your Digify account, navigate to the API section in your settings, and you can generate or retrieve your unique API Key from there. Note that API access may require a specific plan.

    Can the agent show exactly who viewed a file?

    Yes, you can use the get_file_access_statistics capability to see a list of recipients who have opened your secure file and their total viewing duration.

  • 03

    Does the integration support watermarking settings?

    The agent can retrieve current security settings for a file, including whether watermarking is enabled. Adjusting these settings should be managed via the Digify dashboard.
