    You can use the 'list_allocations' capability to see current schedules. By asking the agent, 'Is John available next week?', it will scan existing task allocations and time off to provide a clear answer.

    Yes! The 'create_allocation' capability allows you to schedule a person to a project by providing their ID, the project ID, start/end dates, and the number of hours per day.
