    How can I see all feedback provided by a specific customer?

    You can use the list_end_user_responses capability by providing the user's ID. This will return all survey scores and comments associated with that specific end user.

    Is it possible to update a customer's custom properties through the agent?

    Yes, the update_end_user capability allows you to modify an existing user's email, external ID, and custom properties hash.

  • 03

    What happens when I delete an end user?

    When you use the delete_end_user capability, the user is scheduled for deletion. Wootric processes these requests the next day at 7 AM UTC.
