Short answer
How can I audit my support conversations using AI?
Your AI uses the Ada MCP to pull past and active chat transcripts. It then analyzes the text to find missed intents, incorrect answers, or moments where a human should have stepped in. You get a clear list of specific conversation IDs and failure points to fix.
Where every issue lands.
Audit outcomes
The AI categorizes chat data into actionable buckets.
BOT FAIL
Identify bot errors
The AI flags transcripts where the bot gave wrong info or failed to understand a user. You get the specific conversation details to fix the logic.
HUMAN NEEDED
Flag manual handoffs
The AI finds chats that should have gone to a person but didn't. This helps you spot where your automation is too rigid.
GAP ANALYSIS
Find missing knowledge
The AI spots questions users ask that your bot isn't trained to answer. Use this to build out your knowledge base.
SENTIMENT
Spot frustrated users
The AI pulls chats where the tone turned negative. You can jump in to save these relationships before they escalate.
The workflow
What your AI does when the audit starts.
The AI handles the heavy lifting of reading through thousands of lines of chat logs.
Fetch chat history
The AI reaches into Ada to pull a list of recent or specific chat sessions.
list_conversationsAnalyze transcripts

How the audit works
- 01
Can the AI change the bot's responses in Ada?
No. The AI can only read and analyze the transcripts. You have to manually update your bot's logic in Ada.
- 02
Does the AI delete any chat history?
No. This MCP only has permission to read conversation data. It cannot delete or modify your logs.
- 03
Can I audit specific users?
Yes, if you provide the specific conversation IDs or details to your agent, it can pull those specific logs.
- 04
How does the AI know if a bot failed?
The AI looks for patterns like repetitive questions, negative sentiment, or instances where the user explicitly states the bot isn't helping.
- 05
Can the AI send messages to customers?
No. The tools provided only allow the AI to list and read conversations for auditing purposes.
