Short answer
How can I use AI to manage Airmeet attendees?
You can tell your AI to add new people to an event or pull a full list of everyone who has signed up. It also handles grabbing unique access links for your participants. Here is how the data moves.
The outcomes
Where your data lands
Depending on what you ask, your AI performs one of these actions.
REGISTRATION
New attendee added
The AI uses the registration tool to put a new person into your Airmeet event. You get confirmation that their spot is secured.
LISTING
Attendee list generated
Your AI pulls the current roster of participants. You can then ask it to summarize the list or find specific people.
ACCESS
Links retrieved
The AI finds the unique entry links for your guests. This makes it easy to grab a link and send it to someone manually.
HUMAN
Manual event setup
The AI cannot build the actual Airmeet event structure or change event settings. You still need to handle the core event configuration in Airmeet.
The workflow
What your AI does when you ask for attendee management.
The AI acts as the bridge between your chat and your Airmeet event data.
Registering guests
When you provide name and email details, the AI sends that data to Airmeet to create a new participant record.
add_attendeeFetching rosters
The AI scans your event to see who is currently signed up.
list_participantsIdentifying links
The AI looks through the participant data to find the specific access links assigned to each person.

How the Airmeet MCP behaves
- 01
Can the AI create a new Airmeet event from scratch?
No. The AI can only manage attendees within events that you have already created in Airmeet.
- 02
Can I use the AI to delete an attendee?
No. The current tools only allow for adding attendees and listing existing participants.
- 03
Does the AI need my Airmeet password?
No. You connect via Vinkius, and your login details are kept secure and encrypted.
- 04
Can the AI change the time or date of my event?
No. The AI is limited to participant registration and list retrieval.
- 05
Can I get a list of everyone who hasn't joined yet?
The AI can list all registered participants, but it cannot distinguish between registered users and those who haven't actually logged into the session.
