Short answer
How can I make my AI search my company documents?
You upload your files to a vector database via AirOps, which creates a searchable memory store. Your AI then uses that store to find relevant information to answer your prompts. You get precise answers based on your own data.

The AI uses your files to provide context for every request.
STORAGE
Document indexing
The AI processes your uploaded files and stores them in a searchable format. This makes your private data readable for your agent.
RETRIEVAL
Contextual searching
When you ask a question, the AI scans your documents for the most relevant snippets. It pulls only the information needed to answer you.
ANSWERS
Fact-based responses
Your AI generates answers using the specific text found in your files. This prevents the AI from guessing or making things up.
REVIEW

Does the AI delete files from my storage?
No. The tools only allow for adding and searching documents. The AI has no capability to delete or remove data.
- 03
How does the AI find the right information?
It uses a search tool to scan your memory store for text that matches the meaning of your question.
- 04
Can I use this with any AI client?
Yes, as long as your client supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- 05
What happens if the answer isn't in my documents?
The AI will tell you it cannot find the information. It only answers based on the data it can retrieve from your memory store.
