How the messaging behaves

    Can my AI send messages without me seeing them first?

    Yes, if you give the command directly, the AI will execute the tool immediately. You can also instruct your agent to always ask for permission first.

    Does the AI manage my Bird account settings?

    No. The AI can only use the tools provided to send messages. It cannot change your Bird account configuration, billing, or channel settings.

    Can the AI read my incoming WhatsApp messages?

    No. This connector is designed for outbound messaging. It does not have tools to read or reply to incoming messages.

    What happens if a phone number is invalid?
