How the payment process works

    Can my AI refund a customer?

    No. The current tools only allow for creating checkouts and checking transaction status. Refunds must be handled through your bank or payment provider manually.

    Can the AI change the payment amount after the link is sent?

    No. Once a checkout session is created, the parameters are set. You would need to create a new session for a different amount.

    Does the AI store my bank login details?

    No. Your credentials are encrypted and managed securely. The AI only uses the tools provided to execute specific tasks.

    Can the AI automatically send the payment link to a customer's email?

    No. The AI generates the link, but you are responsible for sending that link to the customer through your own email or messaging app.

    How does the AI know if a payment failed?

    The AI uses the transaction tool to check the status. It will report back whether the transaction is successful, pending, or failed based on the data from Brankas.
