How the Checkr task behaves

    Can the AI choose which background check package to use?

    No. The AI can only use the packages you have already set up in Checkr.

    Will the AI decide if a candidate passes?

    No. The AI only triggers the check. You have to review the reports and make the hiring decision.

    Can the AI delete a candidate from my account?

    No. This MCP only has tools to create candidates and start checks. It cannot delete anything.

    Does the AI need my Checkr password every time?

    No. You connect once through Vinkius, and your agent handles the rest.

    Can the AI update an existing candidate's info?

    No. The tools are limited to creating new candidates and starting new checks.
