    Can the AI post replies automatically?

    It depends on how you prompt it. You can tell it to draft a reply for you to check, or tell it to send the reply immediately.

    Will it delete any of my reviews?

    No. The AI only has the ability to list and reply to reviews. It cannot delete or modify existing feedback.

    Does it work on all review sites?

    It works on any platform that Cloutly supports. If Cloutly can see the review, your AI can too.

    Can the AI handle angry customers on its own?

    The AI can draft responses to angry customers, but it won't take action on them unless you specifically tell it to. It's best to review those drafts yourself.

    Can the AI change the star rating of a review?

    No. The AI can only respond to the text of the review. It has no power to change ratings or edit the original post.
