How the heat tracking works
- 01
Can my AI change the time of a race heat?
No. The AI can only read the schedule using the list_race_heats tool. You must use the Clubspeed dashboard to edit any timing or race details.
- 02
Does the AI know about heats that haven't been entered into Clubspeed yet?
No. The AI only sees the data that is currently present in your venue's activity schedule.
- 03
Can I ask for a summary of today's racing?
Yes. Your agent can pull the list of all heats from today and summarize the sequence for you.
- 04
Will the AI notify me if a heat is running late?
No. The AI does not push notifications. You have to ask it for an update to see the most recent schedule data.
- 05
Can the AI delete a heat from the schedule?
No. This connector is read-only. It cannot delete, add, or modify any race information.
