How the automation behaves.

    Can the AI create new email lists?

    No. You must create your lists in EmailOctopus first. The AI can only add contacts to existing lists.

    Will the AI delete my subscribers?

    No. The current tools only allow for adding contacts and triggering automations. The AI cannot delete or remove contacts.

    Does the AI write the actual email content?

    No. The AI triggers the sequences you have already built in EmailOctopus. It does not edit the text inside your email templates.

    Can I use this with Claude?

    Yes, as long as you are using an MCP-compatible client like Claude Desktop.

    Can the AI change my automation settings?

    No. The AI can only trigger an automation that is already active. It cannot modify the timing or logic of your sequences.
