Ask AI about this page

Short answer

How can I check if my document extractions were accurate?

Your AI pulls the results and confidence scores from previous jobs to highlight where the data might be wrong. You can look at individual results or scan through large batches to spot patterns in low-confidence extractions.

Audit outcomes

Where your audit data lands.

The AI organizes your extraction history into these specific categories.

LOW CONFIDENCE

Flagged errors

The AI identifies jobs where the confidence score fell below your threshold. You get a list of specific fields that need a human eye.

BATCH SUMMARY

Grouped results

The AI pulls data from entire sets of extractions. This helps you see if a specific document type is causing repeated issues.

SINGLE JOB

Deep dives

The AI pulls the exact output for one specific extraction. Use this to verify a single piece of data against the original source.

HUMAN REVIEW

Manual verification

The AI presents the low-confidence fields in a clear format. You decide if the extraction is correct or if you need to fix it manually.

The workflow

What your AI does when the audit starts.

The AI handles the heavy lifting of fetching and filtering your extraction logs.

  1. Fetch job data

The AI reaches into your history to grab the specific data points you asked about.

    get_results
  2. Scan large sets

    get_batch_results
  3. Analyze scores

The AI looks at the confidence scores for every field extracted in the requested jobs.

    get_resultsget_batch_results

FAQ

How the audit works

  • 01

Can the AI fix the errors it finds?

No. The AI can only read the extraction history and report on it. You must manually correct any data errors in your primary system.

  • 02

Can I see the original images through the AI?

No. This Connector only provides access to the extracted text and the associated confidence scores.

  • 03

Does the AI delete any of my extraction history?

No. The tools only allow the AI to read existing results. It cannot delete or modify your logs.

  • 04

How does it know which extractions are wrong?

It uses the confidence scores provided by the extraction engine to identify fields where the AI was uncertain.

  • 05

Can I audit a single document or only batches?

You can do both. You can pull results for one specific job or scan through an entire batch.
