How can I analyze my habit performance with AI?

Your AI uses habit statistics and logs to calculate completion rates and identify patterns over any timeframe you choose. You'll get clear summaries of your streaks, frequency, and consistency trends.

What your data reveals.

The AI processes your Habitify data to provide these specific insights.

TRENDS

Spot consistency shifts

The AI looks at your historical logs to see if you are getting better or worse at a specific habit. It identifies the exact weeks where your performance changed.

STATS

Get precise summaries

Instead of scrolling through charts, ask for a summary of your success rate for the last month. The AI handles the math for you.

LOGS

Audit specific entries

You can request a list of every time you completed a habit during a certain period. This helps you verify your actual activity against your goals.

HUMAN

Adjust your routine

The AI provides the data, but you decide how to change your habits. You use these insights to decide if a goal is too hard or needs a new schedule.
