How the HappyFox task behaves
- 01
Can the AI reply directly to my customers?
No. The AI can only create new tickets or add internal staff updates. Customer-facing replies must be handled by a human.
- 02
Can the AI delete tickets?
No. There is no tool available to delete tickets, so the AI cannot remove any records from HappyFox.
- 03
Do I need to open HappyFox to see the updates?
No, you can perform the actions in your chat, but the updates will be visible in the HappyFox dashboard once the AI completes the task.
- 04
Can the AI change ticket priority?
No. The current tools only allow for creating tickets and adding staff updates.
- 05
How does the AI know which ticket to update?
You need to provide the specific ticket ID in your prompt so the AI can target the correct record.
