Short answer
Can I use AI to check if my projects are on track?
Yes. Your agent pulls your current project list and team event data to find overlaps or missed milestones. You'll get a clear view of where time-off or busy periods hit your deadlines.
Where every issue lands.
Audit outcomes
The AI organizes its findings into these specific categories.
CONFLICTS
Scheduling clashes
The AI identifies where team time-off or meetings overlap with critical project milestones. You get a list of dates that need attention.
DELAYS
Projected slippage
By comparing active tasks against upcoming events, the agent flags projects likely to miss their targets. You'll see which timelines are at risk.
RESOURCES
Availability gaps
The agent spots when too many people are out at once or when a specific person is overbooked. This helps you reassign work before it stalls.
HUMAN
Manual decisions
The AI flags the specific conflicts that require your judgment. It won't move deadlines or change schedules itself; it just points out what you need to fix.
The workflow
What your AI does when the audit starts.
The agent performs a sequence of data lookups to build a complete picture of your workload.
Gather project data
The agent pulls a full list of your current active projects to establish the baseline.
list_projectsCheck team calendars
It looks at all scheduled events and time-off to see who is actually available.
list_eventsCross-reference timelines
The agent compares the project milestones against the event data to find mismatches.
list_projectslist_eventsReport findings

How the audit works
- 01
Can the AI change my project dates?
No. The AI only reads your project and event data. You have to manually update schedules in Hub Planner yourself.
- 02
Does the AI delete any of my events?
No. This MCP is read-only. It cannot delete, move, or edit any of your projects or calendar entries.
- 03
How does it know about team time-off?
It uses the list_events tool to see all scheduled items, including out-of-office entries.
- 04
Can I audit specific people?
Yes, if you ask the agent to check the availability of a specific person based on their scheduled events.
- 05
What happens if a project isn't listed?
The agent can only see what is returned by the list_projects tool. If a project isn't in your Hub Planner active list, the agent won't know it exists.
