FAQ

How the time logging works

  • 01

Can the AI delete my existing time entries?

No. The AI can only create new entries or list existing ones. It cannot delete or modify what is already in Teamwork Projects.

  • 02

Do I need to open Teamwork Projects to log time?

No. Once the connection is live, you do everything through your AI client.

  • 03

Can the AI assign time to a specific user?

The AI logs time based on the context of your chat, but it doesn't have a tool to change the assigned user of an entry.

  • 04

How does the AI know which project to use?

You should mention the project name in your prompt. The AI uses that information to target the right place in Teamwork.

  • 05

Can the AI create new projects for me?

No. The AI can only interact with projects that already exist in your Teamwork account.
