    Can the AI edit an order after it is created?

    No. The agent only has the tool to create new orders. You must edit existing orders manually in Track-POD.

    Can the AI delete shipments?

    No. There is no tool available for the agent to delete records. Deletions must be done by a human in the Track-POD interface.

    Does the agent need me to format the address perfectly?

    No. Your agent is designed to pull the address out of your natural conversation and format it for the tool.
