  Yes. This connector supports both self-hosted and cloud accounts. You just need to provide your specific API Token and Base URL when setting up the connection.

  Can I use this to track open rates?

  You can list all campaigns and retrieve detailed status and metadata for any outreach. This includes tracking metrics like open rates.

  What kind of data can I get about my lists?

  You can list all directories, get detailed configuration metadata for a specific list, and also list all the individual subscribers within that list.

  Is this just for viewing data, or can I make changes?

  You can do both. You can view data by listing campaigns or subscribers, but you can also actively add new subscribers and create new mailing lists.

  Can I see all the subscribers in a specific list via AI?

  Yes! Use the list_acelle_subscribers capability and provide the List UID. Your agent will retrieve the directory of members associated with that mailing list.

  How do I add a new subscriber to a list using the agent?

  Use the add_acelle_subscriber action. Provide a JSON object with the subscriber's details, including 'EMAIL' and the target 'list_uid'. The agent will instantly register the new member.
