  Does this MCP handle multiple locations?

  The MCP connects to your Amilia organization account. It allows you to list and manage programs and activities across the scope of the account you provide credentials for.

  Can I check attendance for a specific class?

  Yes. You can ask the agent to get the attendance roster by providing the specific occurrence ID. It will tell you how many people are registered versus how many have checked in.

  What kind of data can I get about a family?

  You can retrieve detailed profiles for the entire household, list all associated contacts, and check the full registration history for any individual account.

  Is this only for program scheduling?

  No. Beyond scheduling, it also lets you list programs, list activities, and get general program metadata, giving you a full view of your community's offerings.

  How do I find my Amilia Organization Identifier?

  The Organization Identifier (formerly Rewrite URL) is the unique slug found in your Amilia store URL (e.g., forest-explorers). You can also use your numeric Organization ID.

  How does authentication work?

  Your agent uses your Username and Password to authenticate with the /api/V3/authenticate endpoint, retrieving a JWT token that is valid for 1 year to authorize subsequent requests.

  Can I get an attendance roster for a specific class?

  Yes! First, use list_activity_occurrences to find the specific date/time ID. Then, use get_attendance to retrieve the roster and check-in statuses for that occurrence.
