  How do I connect Bilflo to my AI client?

  You subscribe to the MCP on Vinkius and enter your Bilflo API Key. Once connected, you can use it immediately in Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, or VS Code.

  Do I need to use the Bilflo dashboard to see timecards?

  No. You can list and view specific timecard details directly through your AI agent using this MCP.

  Can I manage direct hires with this MCP?

  Yes. The MCP includes capabilities to list all direct hires and retrieve specific details for individual direct hire records.

  Which AI clients are compatible?

  This MCP works with any client that supports the Model Context Protocol, including Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, and VS Code.

  Vinkius hosts the MCP and manages your credentials securely, allowing your agent to interact with your Bilflo account via your API key.

  Yes! Use the get_timecard capability with the Timecard ID. Your agent will fetch the latest status, including hours worked and approval state.

  How do I list all the active contractors in Bilflo?

  Simply ask the agent to list_contractors. It will retrieve the directory of all contingent workers registered in your Bilflo account.

  Does the integration allow me to approve timecards directly?

  Currently, the toolset is focused on querying and auditing (listing timecards, checking statuses). Approving timecards for payroll must be performed within the Bilflo platform for compliance.
