  How do I connect my Capsulink account?

  You subscribe to the MCP on Vinkius and then enter your Capsulink API Key. Once connected, it is ready to use in any compatible client.

  Can I change a link destination without changing the short URL?

  Yes. You can use the edit link destination capability to point an existing short link to a new URL without altering the short back-half.

  Which AI clients can I use with this MCP?

  You can use this MCP with any compatible client, including Claude, Cursor, and Windsurf.

  Does this MCP allow me to see daily traffic?

  Yes. The get link daily stats capability provides a daily breakdown of clicks for your specific links.

  Is it possible to delete links through the AI?

  Yes. You can instruct your agent to delete a shortened link permanently using the delete link capability.

  Can I change the destination of a link without changing the short URL?

  Yes! Use the edit_link_destination capability with the Link ID. Your agent will update the target URL in Capsulink, and the existing short link will immediately point to the new destination.

  How do I check how many clicks a link received today?

  Simply ask the agent to get_link_daily_stats and provide the Link ID. It will retrieve the click breakdown by day from your Capsulink account.

  Does the integration allow using a custom back-half for my links?

  Yes. When using the shorten_url action, you can provide the short_url parameter (e.g., 'summer-promo'). If available, Capsulink will create the link with that specific back-half.
