  What is inversion thinking?

  It is a mental model popularized by Charlie Munger that involves looking at a problem backward. Instead of asking how to make something work, you ask how to make it fail and then design to prevent those specific failures.

  It rejects any response that uses non-deterministic language like 'might' or 'could.' It requires the agent to use hard, measurable metrics and deterministic failure modes.
