  What do I need to use this MCP?

  You need an account on the NetEase Games Developer Platform and approved access to the Cloud Gaming (大神云) service. You will also need your AccessKey and SecretKey.

  Yes, the MCP includes capabilities to list available clusters and retrieve detailed information for specific ones.

  You can use the capabilities to check a user's current remaining quota or add more play time to their account.
