  How do I connect this MCP to my AI client?

  You subscribe to the Svix MCP on Vinkius and enter your Svix API Secret Key. Once connected, it is immediately available in any MCP-compatible client like Claude or Cursor.

  Do I still need to use the Svix dashboard?

  You can still use the dashboard, but this MCP allows you to perform most management and debugging tasks directly through your AI agent.

  Can I use this to debug failed webhooks?

  Yes. You can ask your agent to list message or endpoint attempts to see exactly why a delivery failed.

  What information do I need to provide?

  You only need your Svix API Secret Key to authenticate the connection.

  Which AI clients are compatible?

  This MCP works with any compatible client, including Claude, Cursor, and Windsurf.

  How can I see all my current Svix applications?

  Simply ask the agent to run the list_applications capability. It will return a complete list of applications in your Svix workspace along with their IDs and names.

  Can I check why a specific webhook message failed to deliver?

  Yes! Use the list_message_attempts capability with the message ID. Your agent will fetch the history of delivery attempts, including response codes and timestamps for debugging.

  Is it possible to temporarily stop sending webhooks to a specific URL?

  Yes. You can use the update_endpoint capability and set the disabled parameter to true for that specific endpoint ID. This will pause delivery without deleting the configuration.
