  Does this MCP help with general accounting tasks?

  It focuses specifically on practice management. You can list and manage your entire practice hierarchy, track client work, and monitor staff capacity, but it is tied to the Aero Workflow system.

  Can I see how many billable hours my staff logged?

  Yes. You can use the capability to list time entries for tasks, giving you a detailed, historical view of staff productivity and billable hours.

  What kind of client data can I access?

  You can access complete directories of firm customers and business entities by listing all firm customers. You can also add new clients using the provided capabilities.

  Is this MCP only for task tracking?

  No. Beyond tasks, it also monitors workflow-linked emails and message threads, giving you oversight of client communication, and it allows you to list reusable checklist templates.

  Do I need to manually update my API keys?

  No. Vinkius hosts and manages the connection. You provide your initial Account ID and API Key, and your AI client handles the orchestration using the MCP.

  How do I find my Aero Account ID and API Key?

  Log in as an Admin, navigate to Admin > Aero API to generate your key. Your Account ID is the unique identifier in your browser's URL.

  Yes! The create_new_workflow_task capability allows you to include time metadata when creating or updating tasks to maintain accurate high-fidelity billing records.
