  What inputs do I need to start using this MCP?

  You need three main pieces of information: the total number of guests, the expected duration of the event, and the percentage of guests who are expected to drink alcohol.

  Yes. The final capability, calculate_procurement_quantities, includes a recommended safety buffer in the final purchase list, so you're covered if more people show up.

  The capability uses a tiered approach: 1.5 drinks per person per hour for the first two hours, and 1 drink per person per hour thereafter. Capabilities available: your_tool_name.
