How to Use the OptimoRoute MCP in Cline
Cline executes your logistics tasks. Use the OptimoRoute MCP Server to manage fleet operations without manual entry.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect OptimoRoute MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect OptimoRoute to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Cline manages your stop sequences
Feed your route IDs to Cline and let it fetch the exact path for your drivers using `get_stop_sequence`. It builds the logic to handle the output without you writing a single line of boilerplate. This is how you get precise stop data. Cline pulls the sequence and formats it so you can see exactly where the fleet is headed.
Automated order lifecycle with Cline
Tell Cline to update your manifest, and it uses `create_order` and `get_order` to keep your records in sync. It verifies the order status before confirming the action to you. It removes the need for manual record-keeping. You get a clean confirmation once the API confirms the order is live.
Analyze fleet performance using Cline
Run performance reviews by asking Cline to pull data through `get_analytics`. It processes the metrics and presents the findings directly in your chat interface. You avoid dumping raw JSON into your workspace. Cline translates the analytics into a format you can actually use to make decisions.
