    This version is specialized for folder management, hierarchical organization, and Shared Drives. It includes specific capabilities for moving files between folders, managing Shared Drive memberships, and creating shortcuts to maintain a clean workspace.

    Can I move an entire folder structure to a Shared Drive?

    Yes! You can use the move_file_to_folder capability (which also works for folders) to transfer a root folder into a Shared Drive ID. The AI agent will handle the parent reassignment via the API.

    Use the create_shortcut capability. Provide the name for the shortcut, the ID of the target document, and the ID of the folder where you want the shortcut to appear.
