  How do I connect Bounsel to my AI client?

  You subscribe to the MCP on Vinkius and enter your Bounsel API Key. Once connected, you can use it immediately in any compatible client like Claude or Cursor.

  Which AI clients can I use with this MCP?

  You can use this MCP with any client that supports the Model Context Protocol, including Claude, Cursor, and Windsurf.

  Can I create new contracts through the chat?

  Yes. You can use the create_document capability to generate new files from your Bounsel smart templates.

  Do I need to log in to the Bounsel website to sign documents?

  No. You can trigger the signature process for any document directly through your AI agent using the send_document capability.

  Is my Bounsel API key secure?

  Vinkius manages your credentials and hosts the MCP, ensuring your connection remains secure and functional.

  Can I automatically generate a contract from a template?

  Yes! Use the create_document capability. Provide the Template ID, a name for the new file, and a JSON string containing the data to fill into the template's fields.

  How do I send a completed document for signature?

  Simply ask the agent to send_document and provide the Document ID. It will trigger Bounsel's signature workflow for all defined recipients.

  Can I delete a draft document?

  Yes. Use the delete_document action with the Document ID to permanently remove it from your Bounsel workspace.
