  Why am I getting an HTTP 408 error?

  This happens when you try to command a vehicle that is in a sleep state. You must call the wake up capability and wait 10 to 15 seconds before sending other commands.

  You need to wake the vehicle first, then use the get vehicle data capability to retrieve the battery SoC.

  Yes, as long as the vehicle has a network connection and you use the correct regional proxy for your fleet.
