  Does this MCP work with my existing Airship setup?

  Yes. This MCP connects directly to your Airship account. You simply provide your App Key, Master Secret, and Region when you set up the connector.

  Absolutely. You can send push notifications to all users, or you can target specific segments or static lists you've already defined in Airship.

  You can list named users and get details on their associated channels. This helps you map multiple devices to a single customer profile.

  No. It manages multi-channel communication. You can audit channels like iOS, Android, and Web, and manage segment criteria for comprehensive oversight.

  Do I need to know Airship API commands?

  No. You don't. You just talk to your agent naturally, and it translates your request into the necessary API calls for you.

  How do I find my Airship App Key and Master Secret?

  Log in to the Airship dashboard, go to Settings > APIs & Integrations, and select Tokens. You will find your App Key and can generate/view your Master Secret there.

  Which region should I choose?

  Choose US if your project is hosted on go.urbanairship.com or EU if it is hosted on go.airship.eu. Using the wrong region will result in authentication failures.

  Can I target specific users by their email?

  Yes! Use the send_push_notification capability and specify the named_user in the audience. If your user's email is mapped as their Named User ID, Airship will deliver the push to all their associated devices.
